Daria Illy

Daria Illy is currently Coffee Culture Director of Illycaffè and member of the Board of Directors of Illycaffè and the Foundation Ernesto Illy.
She entered the company in 2009 as scientific director at the University of Coffee. Later on, she directed the department of International Key Account to then move to the direction of the Portioned Systems department, managing business and product development.
In 2017 she became CEO of Mitaca, to relaunch the company that develop and distribute coffee and hot beverage systems for the office channel at the international level.
Founder of Personal Training System Studio, she worked in the wellness field as consultant, professor and speaker for 13 years, publishing the book "Self entrepreneurship": Personal Training System".
She graduated in Physical Education in 2002 specializing in Organization and Management of Sport and Tourist Centers. In 2009 she graduated in Nutritional Science, under the School of Pharmacy, discussing a thesis on "Coffee, Caffeine and Health".
